«Tulbentul de bani» – це церемоніальний головний убір, характерний для районів Тімішоари та Дета-Чакова. Складається із справжніх грошових елементіа, чола або кіс. Кожна монета оздоблена чотирьма кільцями, які надають їй чотирикутну форму. Монети з оздобою кріпляться на картонну основу, повністю обшиту промисловою тканиною – шовком, або оксамитом. Між собою монети скріплені невеликими скобами зі срібла або латуні. Решта частин виготовляються таким же чином. Виготовлялись в спеціалізованих майстернях кваліфікованих майстрів з Дета, Чіакова або Тімішоари

“Tulbentul de bani” is a ceremonial piece, being specific to the Timișoara and Deta-Ciacova ethnographic areas. This head covering is composed of actual money tassels, foreheads or braids.The coins are applied in the form of a mount on a cardboard support covered entirely by an industrial woven textile material such as silk, velvet or cloth. Each coin is fitted with four rings that give it a quadrilateral shape. The coins are held together by small silver or brass pins. The rest of the pieces are made in the same way, respectively fruntariul and the plecenisii. These mounts were made in specialized workshops by skilled craftsmen from Deta, Ciacova or Timișoara
